May 2024 Welcome to our second quarter meeting!
Spring is here and that means it’s time to get together and support local charities! Together, we can make a powerful impact in Caledon. We will pass the $170,000 mark, of money raised for our community after this meeting! Attending our meetings is a great way to hear directly from nominated charities and ask any questions you may have. It also provides an opportunity to hear from the recipient of our previous donation, as a representative always attends to give an update on how our donation has been used. We had a great turn out at our last meeting and hope to see you all again in May.

Charity Nominations
Charity nominations are open! Please take a moment to consider if there is a charity you would like to see receive our group donation. Visit our website at 100womenwhocarecaledon.com for a list of eligible charities. If you have a different charity in mind for nomination, that’s great too! Eligible charities must provide their services to the Caledon community, be a registered charity able to provide members with a receipt for their donation and agree not to use our group donation for any administrative costs. Please note that only members that are up to date on their donations may nominate a charity.
Voting and Proxy Votes Only members that attend the meetings in person are able to vote, unless they set up a proxy vote before the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to vote, you may send in a proxy vote with another member. Proxy votes can be printed from the website under the tab !Meeting Info”. Extra voting ballads will only be provided to those presenting a signed proxy vote ballad at the registration desk. Please note that only members that are up to date on their donations may vote.
