2022 Meeting Dates
Monday November 14: Charity Nominations are due. All nominations will be vetted at this time to ensure that they meet the qualifications for nomination.
Tues November 15: Three charities will be drawn and announced to the membership. The selected charities will be given the opportunity to address the membership in the form of a written appeal on behalf of their charity (approx 250 words).
Friday November 18: Written appeals from the charities will be emailed to the membership.
Monday November 21: Zoom presentation and Q&A (7:30 pm) Voting opens after meeting.
Wednesday November 23: Voting closes at midnight. Voting can be done by emailing
email@example.com using the subject “Vote”
Thursday November 24: The chosen charity will be announced via email, on our website and through social media.
Friday December 9: Donations are due. In addition to mailing in cheques, we are also set up on Canada Helps. Their link is found on our Home Page. We suggest your donation through Canada Helps is for $104 to cover their administration fee.
