Members are expected to bring a cheque for $100 to each meeting.
Please do not fill anything in the "Payee" line of the cheque as the
recipient will be decided at our meeting. Cheques will always be
dated on the same date as the meetings.
BEST METHOD: You can send in a blank, signed cheque with a trusted friend or another member to the meeting.
The surrogate member will then write in the name of the charity that is chosen on the cheque and give it to one
of the Executive on your behalf.
You can mail a cheque after the meeting with the name of the charity that
was chosen to 100 Women Who Care Caledon,
c/o 20 Pineridge Drive, Palgrave, Ontario L7E 0M3.
There will be a Proxy Ballot for those women who are unable to attend a meeting.
You can give another member authority to vote on your behalf as long as they
present the completed form AND a cheque for $100 on your behalf.

Any members who have signed a Membership Commitment Form may submit a completed
one week prior to the meeting. Nominations received after the deadline will be brought
forward to the next meeting.
The presentation should be no longer than five (5) minutes. It should include the following information:
